Thank you for purchasing an OSWAL high-density polyethylene tank (Hdpe). The product was rigorously tested and inspected before leaving the manufacturer to ensure high efficiency and consistent operation. Our plant is technologically advanced, allowing us to manufacture high-quality tanks with bolder ribs and a superior sealed threaded cover. OSWAL guarantees that if the water storage tank fails to fulfill any manufacturing criteria within three years of purchase, it will be replaced. Its lifespan, on the other hand, is five times that of the warranty. This warranty, however, will be null and void if the installation and plumbing instructions are not followed correctly.

Have you ever considered the historical development of water tanks? Do you know the real materials used to make tanks? Let's go back in time and learn a little bit about the development of water tanks.
Steel or metal tanks have always been a popular option. In fact, if we dig further, we could even discover ceramic or wooden tanks. Galvanized metal tanks, however, gained popularity due to their versatility in terms of size and design.
The dynamics of the business have completely altered when polyethylene water tanks were introduced since they are the ideal replacement for conventional steel or concrete tanks in terms of capacity and safety. The introduction of technology like Microban and ROHS has also made new polyethylene water tanks safer.
An integrated antibacterial method called Microban lowers the quantity of germs on a treated product over the course of its anticipated lifespan. Microban prevents the growth and reproduction of any dangerous bacteria, mould, and mildew to make things simpler for you.
Full Integration: During the production process, the technology is fully incorporated into the tank and becomes a molecular component of the inner plastic layer, preventing any fading or washing away over time.
Contamination: As a result of cleaning errors or environmental factors, the cleaned inner layer becomes contaminated with germs. Thus, with the addition of Microban Technology, it continues to be completely secured.
Technology at Work: The technology reaches the bacteria and prevents them from reproducing, producing food, or getting rid of waste.
Cleaner Tank: In the end, the treated inner layer of the tank stays cleaner and is shielded from the growth of damaging and bacterially degrading organisms.
Lifespan: Lifespan: Microban extends overall life by eliminating germs that produce stains and smells.
RoHS, an acronym for Restriction of Hazardous Substances, is a European Union regulation that limits the use of dangerous chemicals that might cause long-term exposure.Restricted Substances & Limits for ROHS
Most definitely. ROHS and Microban technology compliance are both met by Oswal water tanks. The Oswal standard tanks' innermost layer is anti-bacterial, making it resistant to all types of fungus, yeast, and bacteria. ROHS certification ensures that Oswal Water Tanks are free of metal and chemicals like lead, cadmium, mercury, etc.
So, use the aforementioned technologies to take good care of your health, sanitation, and safety, and get a Oswal Water tank now. Visit oswaltank.com for additional information.
